一种色氨酸修饰的苯并呋咱类碱性荧光探针的合成与性能研究

Synthesis and Properties of a Fluorescent Probe Based on Tryptophan Modified Benzoxadiazol for OH^-

  • 摘要: 以色氨酸和4氯7硝基苯并呋咱为原料,设计合成了一种碱性pH荧光探针,通过核磁、质谱表征了它的结构. 光谱测试结果表明,当探针水溶液的pH值由7.94上升到12.24时,其紫外吸收光谱发生明显变化,480 nm处的吸收峰明显下降,同时在390 nm处出现一个新的吸收峰,探针水溶液的颜色由橙红色变为黄色;并且其荧光发射峰的强度逐渐下降,产生明显的猝灭现象. 因此,该探针对碱性条件具有明显的光学响应现象.

     

    Abstract: A new alkaline fluorescence probe, 7nitrobenzoxadiazoltryptophan, was synthesized. The experiment results indicated that when the pH value rose from 7.94 to 12.24, the UVvis spectrum of the probe in aqueous solution changed obviously. The absorption peak of 480 nm quenched, meanwhile a new absorption peak appeared at 390 nm, and the color changed from orangered to yellow. The intensity of fluorescent peak dropped gradually, which indicated that it was an evident quenching phenomenon. The probe had obvious optical response in alkaline condition.
