纳米NiO光催化剂性质对降解亚甲基蓝染料的影响

HYDROTHERMAL SYNTHESIS, CHARACTERIZATION AND PHOTOCATALYTIC PROPERTIES OF NiO NANO-CATALYST

  • 摘要: 采用水热合成并辅助以高温煅烧的方法,获得了系列不同形貌和大小的纳米NiO样品,通过SEM、XRD、TG和UV-vis等分析手段进行性质表征.使用不同性质的NiO样品在紫外光(UV)照射下降解亚甲基蓝(MB)的研究表明,由强碱NaOH与镍盐反应获得前驱体,再经600℃煅烧得到的NiO光催化剂,因具有完整的晶体结构,粒径小,比表面积大,紫外吸收强,光照下产生的羟基自由基OH-含量高,降解效率最好.

     

    Abstract: By hydrothermal method combining a calcination process, the NiO nano-catalysts with different morphologies and sizes were synthesized. The properties of NiO samples were characterized by SEM, XRD, TG and UV-vis analysis. In the photodegradation of methylene blue (MB) under UV-light irradiation on NiO surface, the result showed that the NiO sample which was synthesized by the reaction of nickel nitrate with sodium hydroxide and calcination at 6000C exhibits the highest photocatalytic activity in all of as-prepared NiO samples. This is because the NiO has a small particle size, large surface area, and intense UV absorption, inducing the increase of hydroxy radical OH? and the enhance of degradation efficiency.
