经济型酒店组织学习对动态能力的影响研究——以广州为例

The Influence of Organizational Learning on Dynamic Capabilities: An Empirical Study of Guangzhou’s Budget Hotels

  • 摘要: 选取广州七天连锁酒店和如家快捷酒店的管理者和员工为研究对象,运用结构方程(SEM)分析,以知识创新为中介变量,构建经济型酒店组织学习对动态能力的影响模型.主要结论有:(1)经济型酒店知识转移与知识储备相互正向影响,并分别正向影响知识创新;(2)经济型酒店知识转移、知识储备不能直接影响动态能力,只能通过知识创新间接影响动态能力;(3)经济型酒店管理层与非管理层组织学习对知识创新、动态能力均存在显著影响,但管理层知识创新对动态能力的影响更为显著.该结论丰富了组织学习、知识创新及动态能力关系的相关理论,并拓展了经济型酒店的研究领域,为经济型酒店构建学习型组织、提升动态能力以及获取持续竞争优势提供了理论指导.

     

    Abstract: Based on literature review, this study sampled managers and employees in 7-Days Inns and Home Inns in Guangzhou as object. By using Structural Equation Model (SEM) and knowledge creation as a mediator variable, we build a model of the influence of organizational learning mechanism on dynamic capabilities. Main results are as follows. In economy/budget hotels, (1)there is a positive interaction between knowledge transfer and knowledge storage; (2) both knowledge transfer and knowledge storage positively influence knowledge creation; (3) knowledge creation has a positive effect on dynamic capabilities; (4)there is no evidence to show that knowledge transfer and knowledge storage positively affect dynamic capabilities directly, unless via a mediator variable such as knowledge creation; (5) organizational learning taking place among both managers and employees has significant influence on knowledge creation as well as dynamic capabilities, while compared with employees, knowledge creation that happens among managers has greater influence on dynamic capabilities. Not only does the study make contribution to theories on relationship among organizational learning, knowledge creation and dynamic capabilities, but also expands economy/budget hotels area of research into dynamic capability field, providing a theoretical direction for economy/budget hotels building learning organization, enhancing dynamic capabilities and acquire sustained competitive advantages.
